Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Course Overview

The Train-The-Trainer (TTT) course is designed for certified IT professionals who wish to enhance their skills by becoming qualified to teach official Microsoft courses.  To obtain the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) title, individuals must prove their ability to effectively teach Microsoft technologies.  The TTT program provides the necessary training for this certification.

Setting Clear and Focused Goals for Training

Effective training requires well-defined, focused goals.  Trainers must establish specific objectives, such as motivating the audience to take action, rather than offering a broad overview.

Understanding the Trainee’s Perspective

Trainees are mainly interested in how the training benefits them, not the trainer’s credentials.  The primary focus should be on delivering value to the audience first.

Establishing Credibility through Practical Value

Credibility is built by offering immediate, actionable value to trainees.  Instead of starting with qualifications, engage the audience by sharing relevant insights.

Prioritizing Trainee Needs

Successful training revolves around understanding and addressing the trainees’ needs and interests, ensuring that the skills and knowledge shared are directly applicable and beneficial.

Instructional Skills Certification Overview

The Instructional Skills Certification (ISC) is recognized by Microsoft as fulfilling the requirements for Train-The-Trainer (TTT) training.  Our ISC program, specifically designed for MCT candidates, focuses on developing skilled instructors who can effectively deliver both technical and non-technical content.  This hands-on workshop combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, including individual and group presentations, with peer evaluations from all participants.
